Cook is the only comedian to ever break the Billboard Top 4 twice. The CD/DVD was released on May 19 and ties Cook's prior debut of his "Retaliation" CD. The two-disc set contains a full-length CD of Cook's best new material which premiered on COMEDY CENTRAL May 17th as the "ISolated INcident" special, as well as seven bonus tracks of additional material.
