Recent American Customer Satisfaction Index shows Navy Federal in same tier as Amazon.Com, FedEx, BMW, Lexus, Google and Coca Cola
VIENNA, Va., March 3/PRNewswire-USNewswire/ --Navy Federal Credit Union once again scored very high in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) research. Navy Federal members were surveyed for their satisfaction by ACSI in the fourth quarter and the results indicate that member satisfaction was significantly higher than the ACSI banking industry including Bank of America, Citigroup and Wells Fargo.
Additionally, the results released this month show Navy Federal to be in an elite class for customer satisfaction with Amazon.com, BMW, Lexus, Google, FedEx, and Coca Cola. In fact, the result showed that members' loyalty to Navy Federal continued to be very strong and is significantly higher than the measured banks and credit union industry.
"We are extremely happy with the results of the ACSI survey because it is a testimony to what our organization strives for," said Cutler Dawson, Navy Federal President/CEO. "Our employees are very focused on going above and beyond in providing our military members exceptional service and competitive rates for all of our products and services."
