The solution is available to the Ricoh Channel through the Ricoh Independent Solutions Vendor Program (RiSVP). DigiDocFlow, a product of X-Solutions, equips businesses of all sizes with the power of scanning simplicity.
In three effortless steps, documents are directly scanned from most Ricoh multifunction products (MFPs) and stored as text-searchable PDF files. The solution's scanning capabilities enable organizations to implement paperless processes that reduce their environmental footprint by eliminating the need for hardcopy documents. Integration is made seamless with DigiDocFlow, which runs on MFPs already familiar to the user, reducing the amount of training necessary. Customers can also scan to various locations, including network folders, e-mail addresses, and line of business applications such as OpenText, SharePoint, Worldox, and Thomson Elite, all in one step.
