WASHINGTON, Jan. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Obama Administration Directors: Tina Tchen who will be the White House Director of Public Liaison and Cecilia Munoz who will be the White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs will be on hand to receive their "Extraordinary American Woman" award at the National Council of Women's Organizations (NCWO) Inaugural ball this Saturday, January 17, 2009 from 6:30pm to midnight at the historic President James Monroe Mansion in Washington, DC .
