Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 

IRVING, Texas, Dec. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record January 8, 2009. The dividend will be paid January 22, 2009.

This is the 177th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
