With the end of a noncompete agreement, ACS now has unrestricted ability
to add to its current limited federal client list, which includes the
Department of Education, where ACS services student loans for over nine
million borrowers annually, and the Department of Labor, where ACS processes
more than five million bills each year for the Office of Workers'
Compensation. ACS has also performed business process services as a
subcontractor for the State Department, Department of Homeland Security,
Treasury Department, and the Social Security Administration. ACS holds a GSA
Schedule 36 contract for Office, Imaging, and Document Solutions and will
expand its GSA offerings in the immediate future.
