China Public Procurement Limited Appoints Telecom Industry Expert and Business Strategist Dai Lihong as Consultant

Mr. Dai Lihong as its consultant with immediate effect. Mr. Dai will provide
strategic advice on project strategy, business development, and risk control.
Mr. Dai has over 25 years of experience in the telecom industry with an
excellent track record in providing strategic advice to international telecom
companies establishing businesses in China. Prior to joining CPP, Mr. Dai has
assisted numerous projects in his previous roles as CEO of International
Finance Centrum and as MFO (Morgan Funding Organization) Fund's Director in
Asia Pacific in the venture capital.
