Ninetowns Appoints GHP Horwath as Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm
BEIJING, Nov. 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire/ -- Ninetowns Internet Technology Group
Company Limited (Nasdaq: NINE) ("Ninetowns" or the "Company"), one of China's
leading providers of online solutions for international trade, announced today
that it appointed GHP Horwath, P.C. ("GHP Horwath") as its independent
registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2008.
The appointment comes following the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
CPA, Ltd. ("Deloitte") on the same date as the independent registered public
accounting firm of the Company, due to the fact that Deloitte and the Company

Deloitte on any matter of accounting principles, financial disclosure or audit
procedures.
The decision to change independent registered public accounting firm was
