FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Hyundai Motor America

decrease from October 2007 levels.
"We are experiencing one of the most challenging times in recent
automotive history," said Dave Zuchowski, Hyundai Motor America's vice

November. With the financial markets beginning to stabilize and the election
behind us, we believe consumer confidence will be bolstered and prospects who
have been on the sidelines during this period of uncertainty will re-emerge
into the market to help fuel the economic engine. With some of the most
fuel-efficient and standard safety equipped vehicles in the industry we feel
we are well positioned to get back on track."
