Fast-Growing Firm Continues to Attract Regional and National Clients in a Range of Business Sectors
HACKENSACK, N.J., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Beckerman, one of the largest independent public relations firms in the industry, has announced that it has won nine new clients in the past several weeks.
The new clients, which bring Beckerman's client roster to well over 100, represent a wide range of industries, including the construction, technology, food supplement, alternative energy, real estate and financial sectors.
The new clients also represent a wide geographical range, from a local developer to a Denver, Colo.-based software company.
Beckerman's aggressive new business streak is an outgrowth of an expansion strategy that began with Beckerman's acquisition in June of Avalanche Strategic Communications, a fast-growing public relations firm with a specialty in social and digital media. In conjunction with this transaction, Beckerman relocated from Bedminster, N.J., to Hackensack, N.J., and opened a satellite office in New York that will allow it to better serve its growing New York client roster.
With the acquisition of Avalanche, Beckerman also gained an established and highly successful niche handling public affairs, issues advocacy and corporate political reputation issues for foreign governments and multinational corporations.
The acquisition of Avalanche was followed by the acquisition in September of Manhattan-based Wise PR. Wise PR has introduced new areas of expertise in the digital realm to the Beckerman platform. The Wise PR acquisition will allow Beckerman to aggressively take the lead when it comes to the latest insights and trends in the digital media space, positioning the firm for future growth.
With the acquisitions, Beckerman became one of the largest independent public relations firms in the industry, employing more than 40 public relations professionals.
