Sills will speak in a session from 10:05-10:40 a.m. PT on Tuesday, October 20, at the Mirage Events Center. In his presentation entitled "IT Services for the Current and Future Market," Sills will discuss the challenges technology services customers currently face in this economy and how technology professional services companies can meet those challenges by helping to optimize performance, minimize cost and maximize value. Sills will also talk about how services providers will have to adjust their strategy and offerings to meet customers' future challenges.
Also at the conference, Stephanie Dumbrill, senior director of CA Implementation Support Programs,will present a breakout session, "Go-Live: Support Helping Services Reduce Time to Value." The presentation will focus on a program in which Support and implementers team up to help ensure that projects go into production quickly, efficiently and successfully to deliver timely return on investment for customers. Dumbrill will present on Tuesday, October 20 from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. PT at the Mirage Events Center.
