Clifford Chance Names Chilstrom, Myers Counsel in New York
 

NEW YORK, Oct. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Clifford Chance today announced that Corporate Finance attorneys Per Chilstrom and Jason Myers have become counsel at the firm. Both are members of the New York State Bar and work out of the firm's office here.

Chilstrom engages primarily in the areas of public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. He has had significant involvement with a variety of industries including real estate, specialty finance and healthcare. Chilstrom has been a member of the Corporate Finance practice of Clifford Chance since 2004. He received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000 after earning his BA from Princeton University in 1997.

Myers focuses on a broad range of corporate transactions including real estate securities, public and private capital markets transactions and other corporate finance and general corporate transactions. He has extensive experience advising companies and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings and investment grade debt offerings. Myers also has advised clients on the structuring, negotiating and financing of joint ventures, partnerships and other private equity investments. Myers joined Clifford Chance in September 2000. He received his JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2000 where he served as managing editor of the Fordham Law Review. He earned his BA from the University of Minnesota in 1995.
