Pro-lifers intend to preach and leaflet every single "hill rat" (Congressional Staffer) as staffers walk into their prospective offices over the next two weeks, as well as lobby every member of the House and Senate.
From 10:00 AM - Noon on every weekday from 9/9 to 9/23, pro-lifers will stand vigil outside the Cannon Building, while others are lobbying every member of Congress.
