In making the announcement, Westinghouse Field Services Vice President David Howell said: "PaR Nuclear will play a significant role in support of crane projects for the AP1000(TM) nuclear plants that Westinghouse will be providing throughout the world. Bill, therefore, will be leading PaR Nuclear during an important and exciting time both for Westinghouse and the global nuclear power industry. He will also, of course, be responsible for expanding our traditional fuel-handling and critical-crane business as we work cooperatively with our customers to further enhance the performance of the global operating fleet of nuclear power plants."

Mr. Burns has held positions of increasing responsibility during his 30 years with Westinghouse. He joined PaR Nuclear in 2008, and has served as acting president of the subsidiary since June 2009. Before joining PaR Nuclear he was manager of Fuel Services and Reactor Technology Operations in the PWR Reactor Services section of Westinghouse's Field Services segment.

With headquarters in Shoreview, Minn.
