SKNL North America and Emerisque Brands Completes Acquisition of Hartmarx Assets From Bankruptcy
CHICAGO, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- SKNL NA and Emerisque Brands announced today that they have completed the acquisition of assets of Hartmarx from bankruptcy under the newly formed Hartmarx Operating Company LLC.
