Dawn Zier Named President & CEO of Direct Holdings
 

PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y., Aug. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Dawn Zier has been named President and CEO of Direct Holdings in addition to her continuing responsibilities as President of Global Consumer Marketing at The Reader's Digest Association, Inc. (RDA), it was announced today by Mary Berner, President and CEO of RDA. Direct Holdings, based in Fairfax, Virginia, is a marketer of music, videos, DVDs and books worldwide and is licensed to market products under the Time Life brand.

In the Direct Holdings role, Zier succeeds Michael Brennan, who is President, RD Europe, based in London, and he continues in that position.
