Marathon Oil Corporation Declares Second Quarter 2009 Dividend
 

HOUSTON, July 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a dividend of 24 cents per share on Marathon Oil Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2009, to stockholders of record on Aug. 19, 2009.
