CINCINNATI, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cincinnati Subcontractors Alliance (CSA) has hired Eisen Marketing Group (EMG), Greater Cincinnati's highest rated and largest public relations firm, to direct with informational and advocacy initiatives of the group.
