Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 

IRVING, Texas, June 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record July 2, 2009. The dividend will be paid July 17, 2009.

This is the 179th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
