Matrox VDA-1164 Provides High-Quality IP Video Decoding for Large-Scale IP Security Networks
 

BIRMINGHAM, England, May 11 /PRNewswire/ -- IFSEC 2009 -- Matrox Graphics, the leading manufacturer of specialized graphics solutions, today announced the availability of the Matrox VDA-1164 for workstations running video management system (VMS) software. The new Video Decoding Accelerator (VDA) supports simultaneous decoding of up to 16 D1 video streams from a wide variety of cameras and codecs, while flawlessly displaying all streams at full frame rate on up to four high-definition monitors.
