Exclusive live concert series brings guys together to be guys and unleashes their inner rock stars
DEERFIELD, Ill., April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Beam(R), the world's No. 1-selling Bourbon, will debut Beam Rocks, an exclusive concert series, on Wednesday, May 6, at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston. Beam Rocks Boston will feature Galactic, a New Orleans-based group known for their impressive performances and contemporary blend of funk and hip-hop. Doors open at 8 p.m.
Beam Rocks Boston is the first in a series of private, VIP concerts being held in major cities throughout the Eastern United States. Tickets for Beam Rocks Boston are limited and are available at no charge through registration with the Boston Phoenix and WFNX-FM 101.7. In addition to Beam Rocks Boston, Jim Beam is hosting "Jim Beam Rockstar Nights" at local hotspots in Boston, Baltimore and Tampa. Rockstar Nights are karaoke-style events, hosted by Jim Beam, where patrons participate in interactive games and become the rock stars of their own live gigs. During each Rockstar Night, participants can pick up tickets to the concerts.
Jim Beam Rockstar Nights will be taking place in the Boston area on Wednesday, April 29, at The Whiskey; Thursday, April 30, at Jose MacIntyre's and Goodbar; and Friday, May 1, at The Place.
Galactic - a five-man group, together for more than a decade - gained New Orleans notoriety in its early years through impressive live performances.
