Demand for PGP(R) Solutions Fueled by SMB and Channel Providers

In response to PGP Corporation new channel strategy and realignment, the PGP channel business was up by over 30 percent for the same period last year. Additionally, existing PGP(R) customers are adding PGP(R) applications to their PGP(R) Encryption Platform installations as they continuing to rely on PGP Corporation to safeguard their most critical business asset - their data.

  • As part of its effort to scale PGP(R) data protection solutions across a broad base of customers, PGP Corporation recently announced the PGP(R) Whole Disk Encryption Workgroup Edition, a low-end, easy-to-use and manage full disk encryption solution for small businesses and workgroup environments that protects data on laptops, desktops and USB devices. Small companies now have affordable access to enterprise-grade encryption technology to safeguard their businesses against data breaches and maintain compliance.   • PGP(R) Desktop Email now features enhanced MAPI capabilities that deliver user experience and performance improvements. Users who have their Microsoft Outlook email client configured for MAPI can send encrypted messages, with or without attachments, with the same speed, ease and simplicity as sending an unencrypted message.
