Ken Page, One of the Nation's Leading Investment Sales Professionals, Joins Grubb & Ellis Company from Cushman & Wakefield

Page, one of the nation's most successful investment sales professionals, has joined its Houston office as senior vice president. Page will be a member and director of Grubb & Ellis' Institutional Capital Markets Group, which provides real estate investment and advisory services to the company's most sophisticated clients.

Page, a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, joins Grubb & Ellis from Cushman & Wakefield, where for 14 years he was a member of the Capital Markets Group, ultimately serving as the group's executive director in Houston. He has successfully completed transactions valued in excess of $3 billion, including more than $1 billion since 2006.
His client list is a veritable "who's who" of leading institutions, including: KBS Realty Advisors, Hines, Wells Fargo, Cornerstone Realty Advisors, Parkway Properties, Met Life, BP North America and ING. Some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in the history of Houston were facilitated by Page, including the sale of Williams Tower (1.5 million square feet), 2101 CityWest Boulevard (1.47 million square feet) and Greens Port Industrial Park (2.6 million square feet).
