Craig Medwick Re-Elected as Americas Leader for Clifford Chance
 

NEW YORK, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Clifford Chance today announced that Craig Medwick has been re-elected to a second term as regional managing partner of the Americas. His new term will run through April 30, 2013.

A member of the firm's Global Management Committee, Mr. Medwick has been a partner in Clifford Chance since 1987. His practices encompass a broad range of corporate and securities transactions, including funds formation, real estate securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate governance. As regional managing partner of the Americas, he is responsible for overseeing Clifford Chance's offices in New York, Sao Paulo and Washington, D.C.
