Commercial Metals Company Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
 

IRVING, Texas, March 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share on common stock to stockholders of record April 3, 2009. The dividend will be paid April 17, 2009.

This is the 178th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Commercial Metals Company.
