Associated Estates Realty Corporation Announces Appointment of Vice President, Associate General Counsel
CLEVELAND, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Associated Estates Realty Corporation (NYSE: AEC, Nasdaq: AEC) announced today that Michelle B. Creger has joined the Company in the newly created position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel.
Ms. Creger has more than 26 years of legal experience. Most recently, she was Vice President, Human Resources at U-Store-It Trust. Earlier, Ms. Creger was corporate counsel and then associate general counsel in American Greetings Corporations' legal department and began her legal career with McDonald Hopkins, a major Cleveland law firm.

Ms. Creger is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel - America and the North East Ohio In-House Employment Lawyers Association. She earned her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her BA degree in Economics from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
