TOLEDO, OH UNITED STATES
TOLEDO, Ohio, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Holding Corporation
(NYSE: DAN) announced today that it is rescheduling its 2008 earnings
announcement to coincide with the filing of its 2008 Form 10-K, which is
anticipated to occur on March 16, 2009.
While company practice has been for Dana's earnings announcement and SEC
filings to coincide, Dana had originally planned to accelerate the timing of
its 2008 earnings call. However, due to rapidly changing economic conditions,
including global vehicle production levels, the company is still in the
process of finalizing its 2008 Form 10-K.
As such, Dana now plans to announce its 2008 fourth-quarter and full-year
earnings and file its 2008 10-K on Monday, March 16. At 10:30 a.m. ET, on
that date, members of the company's senior management team will host a
conference call and supporting webcast to discuss these results and address
related questions.
Participants may listen to the audio portion of the conference call either
