of the following operating subsidiaries of Ameren Corporation (NYSE: AEE)
declared regular quarterly dividends on all classes of the subsidiaries'
preferred stock on February 12, 2009:
The Central Illinois Light Company (AmerenCILCO) preferred stock
dividend is payable April 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on March 6,
2009.
The Central Illinois Public Service Company (AmerenCIPS) preferred
stock dividend is payable June 30, 2009, to shareholders of record on June
10, 2009.
The Illinois Power Company (AmerenIP) preferred stock dividend is
payable May 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on April 13, 2009.
The Union Electric Company (AmerenUE) preferred stock dividend is
payable May 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on April 20, 2009.
With assets of approximately $23 billion, Ameren serves approximately
2.4 million electric customers and about one million natural gas customers
in a 64,000-square-mile area of Missouri and Illinois.
