American Axle & Manufacturing to Webcast and Teleconference Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2008 Financial Results on January 30, 2009

(AAM), which is traded as AXL on the NYSE, will hold a briefing with institutional investors and security analysts, news media representatives and other interested parties at 10:00 a.m. ET on Friday, January 30, 2009.
